v3.8.3 May 4, 2026

Version 3.8.3 includes:

New features

This section describes the new features added in version 3.8.3.

1 - Coro console

The following features have been added to the Coro console:

1.1 - Hierarchy tree filtering

In MSP global view, Coro now enables Managed Service Provider (MSP) admin users to filter the displayed workspaces when using hierarchy view.

For more information, see Using hierarchy view.

1.2 - Scheduled executive summary reports

Admin users can now create a scheduled generation of the Executive Summary report. Coro emails this report to named recipients in PDF format.

For more information, see Scheduling reports and exports.

2 - Email Security

The following features have been added to the Email Security module:

2.1 - Warning email reporting

Coro now generates a report of all inbound emails that were tagged with a warning banner or label due to triggering Coro's threat detection. This means admin users have full visibility of received emails that were set to warn recipients but did not trigger ticket generation.

For more information, see Workspace reports.

3 - Endpoint Security and EDR

The following features have been added to Endpoint Security and EDR:

3.1 - Device limits

Distributors, resellers, and MSP admin users can now set limits on the maximum number of protected devices in a child or regular workspace, aligning with the existing limits for user protection.

When a device limit is set for a workspace, the Devices page displays quota information and protection status indicators for each listed device. Workspace admin users can turn protection licenses on or off for individual devices to remain within the limit.

For more information about user and device protection limits, see Protection limits.

For more information on setting limits, see Creating workspaces or Editing workspaces.

3.2 - Custom messages for macOS/Windows agents

Admin users can now send custom messages from the console to selected endpoint devices running the Coro Agent.

For more information, see Device actions.

4 - Security awareness training (SAT)

The following features have been added to SAT:

4.1 - Enhanced reports

This release delivers improved SAT summary reports for training and phishing simulations.

For the training and phishing reports, both now provide:

  • A higher maximum number of listed users, raised to 25.
  • Additional fields in the user list CSV export. This now includes: email address, course name, status, completion rate (%), date sent, date updated, and date completed.

The phishing report additionally now includes:

  • An improved tooltip on the Failure rate per month graph, showing totals of simulations sent and simulations failed.
  • Revised Top failed simulations list, showing a clearer indication of the number of failed simulations out of the total sent.
  • Removed obsolete training completed data from the list of users.

For more information, see Workspace reports.

The Phishing simulation and Security Training tabs now include direct links to the corresponding report at the top of each page.

For more information, see Configuring Security Awareness Training.

Enhancements

Version 3.8.3 introduces the following additional changes:

1 - Coro console enhancements

1.1 - Persistent ticket view

When admin users review tickets in the Ticket log, the currently selected tab in the ticket details pane now remains visible as you cycle through different tickets. Previously, this defaulted back to the Overview tab for each new ticket.

1.2 - USB device status visibility

The Devices page now shows information for connected USB devices even if a USB block policy is part of your endpoint device security posture. This enables admin users to better monitor connected USB devices in endpoint devices, even if they are blocked to end-users.

2 - Cloud Security

2.1 - User management improvements

This release introduces the Control panel > User management page, providing more centralized visibility and management of your users in connected cloud applications. This page replaces the Control panel > Users page and simplifies user protection into two configurable states - Protected or Unprotected.

Excluded users are now Unprotected users.

Coro now shows how many users are covered within your subscription's user protection limit, enabling you to tailor Coro protection to your requirements and have better visibility of subscription usage across your user base.

For more information, see User management.

3 - Email Security

3.1 - Allowlist/blocklist entry context

Email Security allowlists and blocklists now include two additional fields: Description and Added by. This information provides an improved audit trail for admin users tracking changes to an organization's security configuration.

For more information, see Allow or block email senders.

4 - Endpoint Security and EDR

4.1 - Enhanced scan visibility and logging

Coro now shows a greater amount of information about initiated device scans. The Devices page now shows a dedicated summary relating to device scans, including:

  • Scan progress
  • Scan history
  • Scan result
  • Threat summary

Coro additionally shows more details about a scan in the Activity Log.

For more information, see Device information and options.

Agent updates

This section describes the following additional Agent updates that we are releasing with version 3.8.3.
