Users

Coro detects and blocks specific activity associated with an organization's users, including insider threats, compromised accounts, and other malicious activity. Users in Coro are categorized as:

  • protected: Added individually or as part of a user group for active protection within the Coro console.

  • protectable: Exists in the user directory of protected applications but are not explicitly declared for protection in the Coro console.

The Users Actionboard panel displays current ticket activity summaries for all protected users:

The left pane shows:

  • A pie chart representing the total number of protected users.

    Select a segment of the chart to access a detailed view of users in that category:

    • Red represents users having unresolved vulnerabilities.

    • Green represents users with no unresolved vunerabilities.

  • A View button to access a detailed view of the activity for all protected users.

The right pane shows:

  • The number of currently open Users tickets, listed by category.

  • Tickets that have been resolved in the last 90 days, listed by category.

  • Resolve buttons to view and respond to open tickets of a specific category.

  • All links to enable you to view all tickets of the specified type.
