Salesforce detection and remediation

Salesforce also does not provide malware detection in its repositories. Coro's automatic remediation process differs from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Box because Salesforce repositories lack a well-defined concept of folders. Coro archives and renders suspicious files as inexecutable, preventing the damage that can be caused.

After Coro moves the archived file to the Suspected folder, a ticket is created. The admin user has the following remediation options available:

  • The respective archived file can be approved, and if approved, it is unarchived and returned to its original location on the cloud drive.
  • The admin user can move these files to trash. The files are kept up to 15 days.
