Introducing Coro AI Assistant

Coro AI Assistant is a beta feature.

The Coro AI Assistant is an AI-powered workspace tool that helps admin users interpret Coro tickets, review trends, and find information about product functionality directly from the Coro console. It uses Coro product documentation, ticket data, and contextual insights to support investigation and resolution.

Accessing Coro AI Assistant

To access Coro AI Assistant:

  1. Sign in to the Coro console .
  2. From the Actionboard , select Coro AI :

Ticket summary

The ticket summary uses predefined prompts to generate correlated insights, highlight common ticket types, and recommend actions based on recent ticket activity.

To generate workspace ticket summaries:

  1. From the Coro AI Assistant panel, select Generate a summary overview :

  2. Select a timeframe for which to generate the ticket summary:

  3. Choose which tickets to include in the summary:
    • Closed only : Include only closed tickets.
    • Open only : Include only open tickets.
    • Both closed & open : Include both open and closed tickets.

    Coro AI Assistant shows your workspace ticket summary:

    The ticket summary includes the following sections:

    • Summary : Lists recent ticketed events in your workspace for the selected timeframe, including event details, such as type, trigger, ticket ID, and affected protected users.
    • Trends : Highlights any recurring patterns or anomalies across tickets in the selected timeframe.
    • Recommendations : Suggests remediation actions for the listed tickets and issues, with direct links to Coro product documentation relevant to the specific issue.

    Select What does it mean? to see more information about the identified issues, including links to Coro's product documentation specific to each issue.

  4. Use the suggested queries to continue investigating identified issues, or start a new topic.

  5. Select Start a new chat to go back to the Coro AI Assistant panel, or close Coro AI Assistant :

Ask Coro

Ask Coro answers natural language questions about Coro features, configuration, and troubleshooting, with links to relevant product documentation.

To interact with Ask Coro:

  1. From the Coro AI Assistant panel, select Ask Coro :

  2. Select a suggested query or enter a question in the Ask Coro Assistant field:

    Ask Coro generates an answer and provides additional links to Coro's product documentation for further information:

  3. Use the suggested queries to investigate similar topics, or ask a new question.
