Removing users from protection

You can disable protection in Coro for individual users or entire user groups, but they will remain in your user and group lists while they continue to be sychronized from a connected cloud application. If you remove the user or group from your cloud application, Coro removes the corresponding record from your workspace at the next synchronization.

For manually-added users, admin users can disable protection or completely remove the user from your Coro workspace.

Admin users can disable protection for users in the following ways:

  • Individually or in groups.
  • Automatically, when a user who is removed from a protected group in the cloud application is not a member of any other protected group.

You can only disable protection for an individual user if there is no protected group to which the user belongs.

When you disable protection for a group, users in that group have protection disabled only if there are no other protected groups that the user belongs to.
