Sign Up for Coro Using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Important
To sign up for Coro you need a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace business email account with admin privileges.
When you sign up for the Coro service, you gain access to a Coro workspace designed for security and privacy monitoring of your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, including email activity, data storage, and data use.
Sign up and create a Coro workspace using:
Signing up with Microsoft 365
Important
An IT administrator must complete the Microsoft 365 sign-up process using a Microsoft 365 business account. You need to authenticate via OAuth with your Microsoft 365 administrator credentials.
To sign up for Coro with Microsoft 365:
- Go to the Coro sign-up page .

Review the Coro terms of use and privacy policy, and then select
I agree to Coro Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

From the
Sign up with your Microsoft 365 admin account
pane, select
SIGN UP

Microsoft requires you to accept Coro's request for permission to access your Microsoft 365 service. Select your Microsoft 365 administrator account:

Review the terms of service and privacy statement. Enable
Consent on behalf of your organization
, and then select
Accept
to continue:

When you enable Consent on behalf of your organization, you allow Coro to access the requested permissions for all users in your organization without requiring individual consent.
Microsoft 365 grants the permissions, and Coro redirects you to the sign-up page.

Select your default workspace language from the dropdown, and then select
FINISH SETUP

Microsoft requires you to accept Coro's request for additional permissions to your Microsoft 365 service. Select

to agree and continue:

dialog, Coro asks you to verify that Microsoft 365 audit log recording is enabled:
To verify your audit log recording status, go to https://purview.microsoft.com/audit/auditsearch.

In the Microsoft Purview portal, select
Start recording user and admin activity
to enable audit log recording:

If audit log recording is already enabled, Start recording user and admin activity is disabled.

Return to the Coro console and select
CONFIRM
.
Microsoft 365 is now connected to Coro, and Coro displays a confirmation dialog:
Signing up with Google Workspace
Important
An IT administrator must complete the Google Workspace sign-up process using a Google Workspace business account. You need to authenticate via OAuth with your Google Workspace administrator credentials.
To sign up for Coro with Google Workspace:

Review the privacy policy and terms of service, and then select

Google requires you to accept Coro's request for permission to access your Google account. Enable
See info about users on your domain
, and then select
Continue
to agree and proceed:

When you enable See info about users on your domain, you grant Coro permission to access profile information about your domain users.
Google grants the permissions, and Coro redirects you to the sign-up page.

Select your default workspace language from the dropdown, and then select
FINISH SETUP

Coro displays the Connect to Google Workspace dialog.
- Follow the on screen instructions to register Coro as a Google API client.
