Managing managed service contacts

Admin users with sufficient permissions can manage managed service contacts and create new ones. Coro can email these contacts regarding all issues or limit notifications to critical issues only. The Coro managed service team determines whether an issue is classified as critical.

From the Contacts tab, you can:

  1. Create a new managed service contact .
  2. Edit a managed service contact .
  3. Remove a managed service contact .

Creating a managed service contact

To create a managed service contact:

  1. Sign into the Coro console and select Control Panel from the toolbar:

  2. Under Protection , select Managed Service :

    Managed SOC

  3. Select + ADD MANAGED SERVICE CONTACT from the Contacts tab:

    The Create managed service contact dialog appears:

  4. Enter a First name , Last name , and Email address for the managed service contact.
  5. Select a Notification settings option:
    • Email : Notifications are sent for all issues via email.
    • Email - Critical issues only : Notifications are sent for critical issues via email. The Coro managed service team determines whether an issue is classified as critical.
    • Do not notify : Issues do not trigger notifications.
  6. Select Save :

    The managed service contact is created and appears on the managed service list.

Editing a managed service contact

To edit an existing managed service contact:

  1. Sign into the Coro console and select Control Panel from the toolbar:

  2. Under Protection , select Managed Service :

  3. Select the three-dot menu adjacent to the managed service contact from the Contacts tab:

  4. Select Edit :

  5. After editing the managed service contact, select SAVE .

    The managed service contact details are updated.

Removing a managed service contact

To remove a managed service contact:

  1. Sign into the Coro console and select Control Panel from the toolbar:

  2. Under Protection , select Managed Service :

  3. Select the three-dot menu adjacent to the managed service contact from the Contacts tab:

  4. Select Remove :

    The Remove managed service contact confirmation dialog appears:

  5. Select YES, REMOVE .

    The managed service contact is removed.
