Editing workspace subscriptions

When a new workspace is created, the Coro Essentials bundle is automatically assigned. Managed Service Provider (MSP) admin users with sufficient permissions and admin users with sufficient permissions can edit the workspace subscription by selecting different packages or bundles, or by enabling or disabling individual modules and add-ons through the Edit Subscription dialog.

Important

Modifying a subscription alters the billing amount.

Accessing the Edit subscription dialog

To access the Edit subscription dialog:

  1. Select the three-dot action menu adjacent to the specific workspace:

    Edit subscription

  2. Select Edit Subscription .

    The Edit subscription dialog appears:

Adding new bundles to a workspace

To add new bundles to a workspace:

  1. From the Bundles tab, select the desired bundles.
  2. If desired, toggle from Unmanaged to Managed for the managed service .
  3. Select SAVE .

    Bundle saved

    The selected bundles are saved to the workspace subscription.

    The workspace subscription is applied to the workspace. A confirmation message appears.

Adding new modules or add-ons to a workspace

To add new modules or add-ons to a workspace:

  1. From the Modules tab, select the desired modules and add-ons:

    module and add-on selected

  2. If desired, toggle from Unmanaged to Managed for the managed service .
  3. Select SAVE .

    The selected modules are saved to the workspace subscription.

    The workspace subscription is applied to the workspace. A confirmation message appears.

Adding new packages to a workspace

To add new packages to a workspace:

  1. From the Packages tab, select the desired packages:

    package

  2. If desired, toggle from Unmanaged to Managed for the managed service in applicable modules.
  3. Select SAVE .

    The selected packages are saved to the workspace subscription.

    The workspace subscription is applied to the workspace. A confirmation message appears.

You must be signed in as an MSP admin user to edit subscriptions for MSP child workspaces.
