Coro continuously develops new solutions, capabilities, and platform enhancements. This ongoing innovation requires the periodic discontinuation of older software versions, products, and supported platforms. This policy defines the lifecycle stages, notice periods, and support commitments that govern how Coro manages these transitions.
End of Sale (EOS): The date after which a product, version, or platform is no longer available for new purchase or activation.
End of Support: The date after which Coro no longer provides security updates, bug fixes, or technical support for the applicable product, version, or platform.
End of Life (EOL): The date after which a product, version, or platform is fully retired and no longer supported or available for continued use, as applicable.
Lifecycle sequence: End of Sale > End of Support > End of Life.
Coro publishes service releases for current major product versions. Service releases do not carry independent EOL dates - each new release supersedes the previous download.
Following the announcement of End of Sale for a major product or version, Coro will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide critical security updates for 6 months after the End of Sale date.
This commitment applies to major product and platform retirements. Agent version deprecations are governed by the Agent Version Support policy below.
Coro will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least 6 months' advance notice prior to any End of Sale or End of Life date. Notice is delivered via email to account owners, and includes the applicable timeline, available migration paths, and upgrade instructions. Coro's support team is available to assist with migration planning throughout the notice period.
Coro may provide a shorter notice period where reasonably necessary due to security risks, legal or regulatory requirements, third-party vendor or platform changes, or circumstances outside Coro's reasonable control. In such circumstances, Coro will provide as much advance notice as reasonably practicable.
Coro supports the current agent version and the two most recent prior releases per supported platform. Customers running unsupported agent versions may experience degraded functionality or loss of connectivity to the Coro platform. The current list of supported agent versions by platform is available at Coro Agent support information.
Coro publishes a list of supported operating systems and hardware platforms at Coro agent specifications. Platforms not listed are not tested or supported. When a platform vendor announces end-of-life for a supported OS, Coro will evaluate continued support and communicate any changes where reasonably practicable. A third-party vendor's end-of-life or end-of-support date does not automatically determine Coro's support period for that platform.
Coro reserves the right to update this policy with reasonable advance notice. Use of unsupported software versions is at the customer's own risk; Coro's liability for issues arising from unsupported configurations is limited. Coro does not warrant the functionality, compatibility, security, or availability of unsupported products, versions, platforms, or configurations.
In the event of a conflict between this policy and an applicable written agreement between Coro and a customer, the applicable written agreement shall prevail.
