Prerequisites¶
Before you can use the features and enhancements described below, you must update the relevant agent on your device. macOS/Windows agents 3.0.5 will be available on December 10, 2023.
New features¶
This section describes the modules, add-ons, and other new features that we are releasing with version 3.0.1.
1 - Network¶
Coro's Network module is built for distributed and remote workforces, enabling businesses to create a secure virtual office while protecting businesses from external and internal threats. Admin users can configure:

Virtual office including VPN, site-to-site tunnels, and firewall as a service.

1.1 - Secure Web Gateway add-on¶
The Secure Web Gateway (SWG) add-on integrates with the Network module to enable admin users to restrict access to specific domains, as well as groups or categories of domains through DNS filtering. For example an admin may block access to suspected malware sites, or enforce company policy by blocking access to gambling sites or social networks.

2 - Mobile Device Management (MDM)¶
Coro's Mobile Device Management (MDM) module enables you to manage iOS and Android mobile devices used by end users across your organization. You can use MDM to report on mobile device activity and usage, to remotely wipe data from compromised devices, and to enforce app policies across your company-owned devices.

3 - Security Operations Center (SOC) settings¶
You can now configure SOC settings from the Control Panel when SOC is enabled for at least one active module.

Enhancements¶
Version 3.0.1 introduces the following additional changes:

2 - Reply to ticket comment notifications¶
SOC customers can now reply to ticket comment notifications. When SOC is enabled for a particular module, ticket comment notifications are sent from the following email address:
