Depending on the volume of data, this process can take several days or weeks. During this phase, Coro creates a snapshot of changes identified since the previous backup (new items added, modified items, removed items). For data that remains unchanged, the snapshot references previously backed-up data as the current version."]}]}]},{"$$mdtype":"Tag","name":"p","attributes":{},"children":["Coro aims to maintain 12-hour intervals, even if delays occur. If a snapshot backup takes longer than 12 hours to complete, the subsequent backup does not start until the prior one ends. As a result of the delay, the start time for all future backups is then amended to begin 12 hours after the delayed backup started."]},{"$$mdtype":"Tag","name":"p","attributes":{},"children":["For example, if your first backup starts at 8am and lasts 14 hours, the next backup cannot start until 10pm. Due to the late start of this second backup, Coro reschedules the third snapshot backup to start 12 hours later, at 10am the next day. The 12-hour interval is maintained for successive backups in the same way, based on the start time of the previous backup."]},{"$$mdtype":"Tag","name":"p","attributes":{},"children":["If no changes have occurred to the data in your cloud app at the next scheduled backup, Coro does not initiate a new backup task. Each customer workspace enrolled by an MSP for backups receives an account in Keepit through which admin users can monitor backup performance and initiate data restore tasks."]},{"$$mdtype":"Tag","name":"p","attributes":{},"children":["To access the Keepit dashboard for a Coro workspace, the method depends on whether you are an MSP admin user or end-customer workspace admin user.
